Anti-Spam and Responsible Email Policy

SIA ResFeed, the operator of Flameingo AI, does not permit spam, deceptive email, or indiscriminate bulk email to be sent in connection with Flameingo AI or the flameingo.ai domain.
Permitted email
We may send:
- transactional and service-related messages to users and customers;
- marketing messages to people who have requested them or otherwise provided a valid basis for receiving them;
- limited and targeted business-to-business communications to publicly available business contact addresses where the message is reasonably relevant to the recipient's business activities and is permitted by applicable law.
Prohibited practices
We do not permit:
- deceptive or misleading sender information, subject lines, content, or links;
- indiscriminate bulk email;
- purchased, rented, unverified, or irrelevant contact lists;
- email sent to invalid, unknown, or suppressed addresses;
- continued marketing or outreach after a recipient has opted out;
- third parties to promote Flameingo AI outside this policy.
Sender identification and opt-out
Every marketing or business outreach message must clearly identify the sender, provide a valid reply address, and include a clear way to opt out. Opt-out requests are honored promptly and the relevant address is added to a suppression list for future campaigns.
Contact quality and campaign monitoring
Business contact details used for targeted outreach must be checked for relevance and email validity before sending. Campaigns are monitored for delivery failures, complaints, and opt-outs. Invalid and unknown addresses are excluded, and campaigns with abnormal delivery or complaint signals are paused and reviewed.
Third parties
This policy applies to SIA ResFeed employees, contractors, agencies, affiliates, partners, and any other party acting on behalf of SIA ResFeed. Any sender that violates this policy may have its authorization suspended or terminated.
